FEZ “Balti” has 3 sub-zones located in the Balti municipality.
The area of subzone 1 covers 2.02 ha and is fully used by “DRAEXLMAIER AUTOMOTIVE” LTD. The subzone has all necessary utilities. Activities conducted: production of electric cabling for the automotive industry.
Subzone 2, with an area of 10.35 ha, is used by the same company and its suppliers, and hosts the same types of activities as the first subzone.
Subzone 3 consists from a free land with a consolidated area of 136 ha, of which 110 ha are under the free zone regime, and 26 ha under general regime, which allows the implementation of complex investment projects.
