The Investment Agency comes with a set of general recommendations for economic agents during the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic:
Protect employees, customers and third parties. Provide employees with flexible work schedules, or, if the economic and commercial activity of the company is impossible, place the staff in technical unemployment. According to article no. 80 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova, by order of the director of the entity, the staff may be placed in technical unemployment, following that they will benefit from an indemnity that cannot be less than 50 percent of their basic salary.Protect employees, customers and third parties.
